Pods4.me builds a private podcast listening feed from the episodes you or your agent add. You need an account to use it, and you're responsible for keeping your sign-in details, feed links and agent connections secure. Your private feed link works like a password, so don't share it publicly.

If you connect an AI agent to Pods4.me, it acts on your behalf. Anything it adds, saves or changes in your account counts as done by you. You can disconnect an agent at any time.

Episodes, audio, artwork and show information belong to their publishers. Pods4.me links to or relays content from publishers' public feeds and players. It doesn't host or own that content. Transcripts and summaries are provided for your personal listening only. Please don't republish them.

Don't use Pods4.me to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, overload or probe the service, scrape it, or get around its limits or access controls. We may suspend accounts that do.

We're actively building Pods4.me, so features may change, pause or stop. We'll try to give notice of significant changes but can't promise uninterrupted service. Episode matching and recommendations are best effort and may sometimes be wrong.

Pods4.me is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You can stop using Pods4.me and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Pods4.me means you accept it.
