Privacy Policy

Pods4.me stores the content you intentionally submit, such as episodes, podcasts and listening preferences. We also store the account and session information needed to authenticate you and keep the app working.

We use submitted content to create a podcast listening feed, to find or recommend episodes, and to save your history.

When you connect an AI assistant to pods4.me, the assistant can use the tools available to that connection to view and manage your podcasts, preferences and queue. It can access and search your queue history, including episodes you have removed, and request available transcripts for episodes you have queued. It can also add or remove episodes and podcasts and change your settings when acting on your requests.

Information returned by these tools is shared with the AI service you connect and is handled under that service's own privacy policy and your settings with it. Disconnecting an assistant stops future access through that connection; it does not delete information already received by that service.

An assistant can create a temporary feed-subscription link for you. Keep this link private: anyone with an unused, unexpired link can use it to retrieve your private feed URL. Keep the private feed URL private too.

Pods4.me uses infrastructure and integration providers such as hosting, storage, authentication and analytics. Searching may contact podcast directories and publishers. If a requested transcript is not available, pods4.me may use a transcription provider to create it.

Pods4.me stores your saved podcasts, preferences, queue and queue history to provide the service. Removing an episode from your queue does not necessarily erase its queue history. To request account or data deletion, contact us using the address below.
